Abstract:
In order to evaluate the construction risk of foundation pit engineering effectively, this paper adopts the evaluation method which combines the weight of ordered weighted operator and matter element extension model on the basis of constructing the risk evaluation index system, by calculating the correlation degree and the grade characteristic value between the matter element to be evaluated and the evaluation grade, the risk grade of foundation pit construction is evaluated quantitatively, which improves the objectivity of the risk evaluation, the example analysis shows that the application of ordered weighted operator and matter element analysis method to the risk assessment of foundation pit construction stage is feasible and practical.

Abstract:
At present, the living standards of urban residents in China are improving with the acceleration of urbanization, at the same time, the rapid development of high-rise buildings has also brought great challenges to the fire department to carry out fi re fighting and rescue work. Based on this, this paper discusses the fire characteristics of high-rise public buildings, the key points in fire fighting and rescue of high-rise public buildings are analyzed, and the problems of fire-fighting facilities in high-rise public buildings, the application of indoor fire-fighting facilities in high-rise public buildings is studied, in order to give full play to the advantages of China's fire protection technology, carry out high-quality fire fighting work for high-rise buildings.
