  • The TLC550 t combined transport vehicle is manufactured by Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., and is used for the transportation and erection of the Yellow River super large bridge in the Mengzhou Yellow River Bridge Project. Specifically, it is the transportation of 50 m corrugated steel web girder, 50m channel steel girder, 80 m channel steel girder, prefabricated bridge deck, beam body and prefabricated bridge deck of the Yellow River Bridge. This combined transport vehicle is a transportation form of 4 6-axis modular vehicles + 2 pole beams. The modular vehicle is driven by two PPUs to drive four modules, which are connected longitudinally and horizontally to form a combined large-scale transport equipment to complete 164 beams. +More than 2 000 pieces of bridge deck transportation work. The front and rear car-sharing connecting beams of this transport vehicle can realize four-point support and three-point balanced transport box girder, which is safer and more reliable; its load-bearing beam part is equipped with spherical hinges and revolving beams, which can be applied to different angles of transverse slope, longitudinal slope, and large angle Transportation operations of diff erent road conditions such as road surface.
