  • Scientific and reasonable budgetary estimates and cost control methods are helpful to save investment, enhance the core competitiveness of construction engineering enterprises, meet the management needs of complex and large-scale construction projects, and effectively protect the economic benefits of engineering projects. Project cost management should maintain close contact with the entire process of project construction, put budgetary management and cost control in an important position of project management, and scientifically control the investment in project construction costs. This article analyzes the main problems of construction project budget and cost management, and uses cost control methods to achieve the optimization goal.
