Management and Control of the Budget in the Early Stage of State-owned Enterprise Construction Project

In the process of engineering construction of state-owned enterprises, its budget must be managed and controlled, which is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency of enterprises and reduce the engineering construction cost of enterprises. Especially in the early stage of project construction, the budget of construction project must be calculated to maximize the profit of the enterprise as much as possible. This paper analyzes the problems in the early budget management and control of the current state-owned enterprise engineering projects, and puts forward the corresponding effective control measures, hoping to be helpful to the current construction budget control.
