Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of International Engineering Contract Management

China is an internationally recognized expert in the field of engineering construction, especially in recent years with the implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, international engineering projects are blooming all over the world.Subsequently, there are more and more disputes in international engineering projects, and contract management has become an important measure to safeguard the rights of both parties. It is needless to say that contract management has become one of the most critical contents throughout the whole project.Based on the characteristics of international engineering contract management, this paper analyzes some common problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for the industry.
