Analysis of Risk Management in the Signing Phase of EPC General Contracting Projects

EPC is a kind of general contracting mode of engineering. Design, procurement and construction general contracting (EPC: a combination of Engineering (design), Procurement (procurement), and Construction (construction)), the contractor is fully responsible for the quality, safety, progress, and acceptance of the project during the execution of the entire contract. Based on the analysis of various risk factors of EPC general contracting contract risk, the article puts forward some suggestions for the avoidance of EPC general contracting bidding risk.
