Abstract:
Concrete is one of the most important materials in construction, and makes significant contributions to modern city construction. After years of guidance of national environmental protection policy, controversial concrete production technique and management have made some progress, yet there still exist some concrete batching plants that are ordered to halt production or dismantled as a consequence of underperforming the environmental standard, and there is a huge progress space for green production. Currently under the national strategic goal of “Carbon peak and neutrality”, concrete batching plant green production technology should be comprehensively and actively carried out and applied to face energy consumption reduction, zero emission,efficient improving, management standardization and sustainable development. Green production is the essential requirement for the transformation of concrete industry, and the decisive move for concrete company to gain competitive edge and achieve sustainable development, from no matter the aspects of national macro policy or enterprise economic benefits. This paper explores and analyzes the green production technology of concrete batching plant.
