In project construction,bidding is a form of procurement,which adopts the method of bidding to compete for the project,so as to provide a fairer competition environment for all kinds of bidders In the process of economic development in our country.The construction industry is the earliest industry development in our country,is a pillar in the development of all walks of life in our country,is also a thriving industry,so the bidding in construction projects is very important.But it also belongs to a new industry,construction industry in the process of construction project bidding management doesn't solve the problem.Therefore,in the bidding process of the construction project,it is necessary to strengthen the management of the bidding process to ensure the fairness of the competitive environment and guarantee the quality of the construction project.This paper analyzes the problems that may exist in the bidding of the construction project at present, and puts forward some effective countermeasures.

Abstract:

Therefore, this paper expounds in detail the influencing factors and principles to be followed in the research on the construction of infrastructure construction project performance evaluation index system, and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures in combination with the development status of infrastructure construction projects in Gaoxin District in Zhengzhou City, so as to finely manage the work contents of infrastructure construction projects in Gaoxin District in Zhengzhou City, So as to strengthen the overall quality and safety level of the construction project.

Abstract:
At present, as an important symbol of modern city, the number of high-rise buildings is increasing with the promotion of modern urban construction. The structure of high-rise buildings is complex and there are many fire hazards, if we do not strengthen prevention and control, the fire incidence will be increased, which will pose a serious threat to the personal and property safety of residents in high-rise buildings. Based on this, this paper discusses the characteristics of fire accidents in high-rise buildings, analyzes the fire hazards of high-rise buildings, and puts forward eff ective measures for fire prevention supervision of high-rise buildings.
