  • As a key equipment for electrical maintenance, turnouts will have a great impact on the order of high-speed railway transportation once the switch bayonet occurs due to the delay in oil injection, and the loss indicates a failure. The intelligent automatic lubrication device for the outer lock of the turnout solves the problem of the loss of the meter due to the lack of oil injection in the automatic conversion process of the turnout, the precise timing and quantitative oil injection eff ectively reduces environmental pollution and oil waste, and avoids the generation of oil residue turnouts; It is of great significance for reducing man-hours, increasing equipment availability, reducing equipment maintenance time, increasing equipment stability, reducing the impact on driving, and ensuring the safety of roads and personnel.
