The condenser is equipped with two sets of condenser tube bundle cleaning rubber ball devices, which often leads to low ball collecting rate.Throughthe analysis of the current situation of the equipment,the author fi nds out three causes of ball accumulation, puts forward the corresponding technical scheme and working principle, and evaluates the eff ect after the implementation of the transformation through the data, which provides a practical reference for the system to solve the problem of ball collection rate of condenser, and has great practical value for similar equipment.
