On the Management of Construction Project on the Construction Site

In the context of economic globalization, China's construction industry has ushered in new opportunities for development, and many foreign construction companies continue to flow into China to increase the development pressure of China's construction industry. Therefore, the ability of the construction company has become an important task for the optimization and development of the construction company. Engineering quality is the basis of improving the competitiveness of construction companies. Based on this, this paper discusses the field management of the construction project at the present stage, and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures of the construction project management, in order to provide reference for the engineering practice.
