On the Machining Process of CNC Ball Screw Bearing Seat

As a modern processing tool, CNC machining center is one of the indispensable equipments of various machinery companies. This article mainly introduces the processing procedures of the ball screw bearing seat in the machining center. The investigation found that the bearing seat has high local accuracy requirements and is not easy to clamp. Therefore, it has certain processing difficulties. This paper designs a new fixture through actual processing research and process analysis. It is installed and proved by practice to solve the current problems.
