  • In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the project and shorten the construction period, it is necessary to analyze the related problems in the construction and construction period control, such as improper construction period management methods, insufficient management ability, insufficient application of information technology and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of information technology, promote dynamic management in an all-round way, optimize management technology, and constantly improve the quality of personnel in order to ensure the comprehensive promotion of construction management and schedule control of building projects. At the same time, due to the expansion of the current construction scale of engineering projects, the quantity of engineering projects is constantly increasing, and the requirements for construction and management technology are constantly improving.
