  • Iron and steel companies need to purchase a wide range of bulk raw materials and fuels. The preparation of raw and fuel analysis samples as the basis for commercial settlement is an important task in the raw material operation area. Centralized layout of the systems for the sorting of raw and fuel samples, preparation of material samples, storage and inspection, and abandonment of samples facilitates centralized management, reduces intermediate links, effectively isolates human intervention, and improves the management of material samples during quality objections and re-inspection. The level of fairness, justice and openness. Based on this, this article discusses a new compactly arranged intelligent sample management system for sample preparation, sorting, inventory, and sample disposal designed by a large-scale steel complex in Northwest China for reference.
