  • The Dalian Island Bridge site of Fuping project is a typical marine monsoon climate, which is aff ected by the enhanced eff ect of "cross-strait wind", especially in Dalian Island, which is aff ected by the topography, forming a "wind Valley" channel, and the wind speed is further strengthened, resulting in high wind speed and high frequency. And the site corrosion is serious, resulting in poor construction conditions, high safety and quality risks. In the original design budget, the price was set according to the inland conventional quota, and the universal rod erection and dismantling quota was adopted, so the cost composition was not consistent with the design drawings, and it was seriously low. On the other hand, the project and the University jointly carried out the scale model wind tunnel test on the cast-in-place support. Through the fixed model balance force measurement boundary layer wind tunnel test, the original design could not meet the site safety, progress and other related requirements The project department communicated with the design institute and the owner for many times, and fi nally the owner agreed to the change. At the same time, the project department communicated with the design institute through the special volume. After the change, in the cost group price, the original budget universal member quota was changed into the steel structure quota, which won the maximum benefi t for the project.
