Analysis on Connotation and Construction Content of Smart Expressway

Combined with the development background and demand of smart Expressway in China, this paper defines, analyzes the characteristics and classifies the content of smart expressway; Through the comparative study of the construction contents of the guide in three provinces, this paper analyzes the construction contents of smart highway, and puts forward suggestions for the problems in the implementation of smart highway construction.
