Analysis on the Importance of Property Service Contract in Smart Community Property Management

Property service contracts are the basis for property management activities, and at the same time,intelligence is a new direction for the development of smart community property management. Based on this,how to combine the two to achieve the improvement of property management is a key issue that people need to solve . Combining the particularity of the property service contract and the new characteristics of smart community property management, this paper proposes effective measures to improve the property management level of the smart community based on the property service contract, hoping to provide a reference for related research.
