  • Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I Project Material Market Station ~ Pengcheng Square Station section of the shield tunnel under the Yellow River, the top of the tunnel is silt, silt liquefied stratum, the stratum is medium permeable, and the liquefaction level is medium. When the earth pressure balance shield machine traverses the silt and silt liquefied stratum, it is easy to produce excessive ground settlement, which will cause the risks of river bottom breakdown, spiral gushing, shield tail brush breakdown, and river embankment collapse. Pieces are misaligned, water leaks, or even damaged. In order to ensure that the shield passes safely through the Yellow River, through technical measures such as risk source identification, shield selection, shield tunneling parameters optimization, etc., the shield construction tasks in this section have been successfully completed and good results have been achieved.The construction of the project provides a reference.
