Design and Manufacture of Steel Mould for Rectangular Concrete Segments

Rectangle-like concrete segment is a type of segment with special structure suitable for rectangularlike tunnels. It is different from the conventional ring-shaped segment. After assembly, the cross-section of the segmental rectangular concrete segment is elliptical, which is suitable for two-lane opening to traffic. The diameter is more than 10 meters, which belongs to the super-large diameter concrete segment. Correspondingly,its concrete steel mold is also a super large diameter steel mold. The design and manufacture of super-large diameter steel molds are rare in China. This article analyzes the design and manufacturing points of the rectangular concrete steel molds from the structural design and process manufacturing levels, and provides references and references for the design and manufacture of similar products.
