The Design of Infrared Thermal Imaging Instrument in Construction Engineer Quality Testing Based on ARM

This paper presents a design scheme of an ARM-based infrared camera for building quality inspection. The system uses S3C2440A as the microprocessor and TAU640 as the infrared detector. The CPU receives the data of the detector, and after collecting a frame of infrared image, it saves the image data to the SD card and displays it on the LCD display. On the basis of hardware completion, the collection and display of infrared thermal images are realized through programming. The test results show that: combined with the site, infrared heat map and temperature characteristics can realize the pre-judgment of the thermal defects of the building.
