  • At present, shotcrete is widely used in the construction of the initial support concrete of the tunnel. The research shows that the over consumption of shotcrete has a great impact on the construction cost of the tunnel.Therefore, the control of the over volume of Shotcrete in the tunnel engineering is an important problem that every tunnel construction enterprise will face. Based on the tunnel construction project under construction in Guilin Liucheng expressway, this paper studies the main factors influencing the loss of Shotcrete in the initial support construction of the tunnel project, and puts forward specific measures to reduce the loss combined with relevant tests. In order to provide reference for engineering application.
