  • With the development of wind energy utilization in my country, the domestic demand for wind power has gradually increased. Especially for ultra-high towers, concrete towers are mostly used. The concrete tower has good waterproof performance, anti-corrosion performance and high cost performance. The ultra-high concrete tower is the current development trend of the wind power industry. The key equipment tower mold for manufacturing concrete tower tube is its core key technology. This article analyzes the key manufacturing process and quality control points of a concrete mold for a wind power tower with internal support from the perspective of actual production and manufacturing, and provides design and manufacturing references for similar products.
