Experimental Study on Pressure Performance and Separation Performance of Self-circulating Dynamic Hydrocyclone

  • In this paper the characteristics of centrifuge and hydrocyclone are combined, reasonable central feeding mode is adopted, after processing the experimental prototype, the pressure performance was optimized through the comparison experiment of structural parameters, determine the industrial machine with reasonable structural parameters. The numerical simulation of single-phase flow field of industrial machine is carried out by using hydrodynamics software, and the numerical optimization of swirl generating parts is carried out, for reference.
