Research on the Fine Control Management of BIM in Engineering Project

In recent years, the application of information technology based on BIM in the control and management of construction projects has been expanded and occupies an increasingly important position in the construction industry. However, the comprehensive implementation of BIM technology in practical complex project management is not mature and perfect. Firstly, this paper studies the application characteristics and advantages of Bim in engineering. Then through determining the steps of establishing BIM control management system model, the project fi ne control management system based on BIM Technology from technical architecture to cost, design and construction is constructed, so as to realize the normalized fi ne project management mode.
