    Abstract
  • PPP project is a new type of public engineering construction and development cooperation model,it is mainly aimed at the public and private sectors.Based on this, the research and development of this model aims to improve the construction efficiency and quality of urban public projects. This article makes a detailed analysis of the pre-phase model design and pre-negotiation key points and precautions of the PPP project.
