Research on Cost Optimization Control Method and Application in Early Stage of Project

The reasonable control of the initial cost of the project within a certain range can effectively reduce investment risks and achieve the expected return target. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the related concepts of construction project cost, this article expounds the role of the optimization control of the early stage cost of the project, and proposes the optimization control method of the early stage cost for reference.
