Numerical Simulation Research on Superfine Stirring Mil

  • At present, the ultra-fine stirring mill is widely used in the field of mineral processing, and its application greatly promotes the development of ultra-fine powder. In this paper, a three-dimensional numerical model of the ultra-fine stirring mill is established based on the fluent software, the internal flow field characteristics of the ultra-fine stirring mill are analyzed, the velocity distribution of the flow field and the distribution of turbulence intensity are obtained, and the influence of different speeds on turbulence intensity is studied. The research results have guiding significance for the development of the design and operation of a new type of ultrafine stirring mill.
