Research and Application of Intelligent Construction Technology of Asphalt Pavement Based on 3D Mechanical Control

In the construction work of traditional paver, it is necessary for surveying personnel to put piles and hang wires or erect aluminum beams in advance to provide reference for the operators on the machine. Therefore, the construction quality largely depends on the operation level of the construction personnel. In view of the above situation, this article develops an asphalt pavement intelligent construction technology based on 3D mechanical control.This technology can achieve precise automatic control of elevation, thickness and slope during paving construction,greatly reducing the impact of human factors on construction quality and significantly improving Construction Quality.
