Analysis of Common Defects and Preventive Measures in Lost Foam Casting of Steel Castings

Different defects often occur in the production of vanishing die cast steel parts, such as individual site carbonization, epidermis carbonization and volume carbonization. The carbonation of the same casting is different in different parts. In this paper, the principle and reason of carbonizing steel castings are summarized, and the solution is summarized for practical production.
