  • Heating furnace is an important part of hot rolling production line, which directly affects the quality of products, especially under the pressure of market energy supply and environmental protection, how to adopt new technologies to further save energy and reduce emissions, reduce pollutant emissions, improve heating quality and enhance market competitiveness is an urgent problem to be studied. The double regenerative slab heating furnace heats the air / gas combustion gas through the heat of high-temperature flue gas, so as to improve the combustion temperature of fuel. The preheated gas can not only burn fully, but also save energy and NOx emission. Based on the combustion characteristics of regenerative heating furnace, the furnace temperature control, combustion mode and energy saving of heating furnace are deeply studied. The back purging technology of gas burner greatly reduces the content of carbon monoxide in flue gas. Therefore, the level of automatic control of heating furnace is not only related to the labor intensity of operators, but also directly related to the product quality, output, production consumption index and market competitiveness.
