Discussion on Process Optimization and Measures Optimization of Engineering Projects Based on Lean Construction Theory

  • Lean construction is one of the main guiding theories of modern engineering project construction. This paper briefly introduces the lean construction theory and process optimization theory, explores the process optimization method of engineering project based on lean construction theory from the aspects of construction technology, structural technology and electromechanical technology, and from the aspects of safety management measures, quality management measures, construction period management measures and cost management measures. This paper discusses the key points of engineering project measure optimization based on lean construction theory, hoping to provide some references for the effective practice of lean construction theory in engineering project process and measure optimization.
