  • In the current process of urban development, the contradiction between traffic and the environment has become increasingly obvious. The spatial intersection of urban tunnel projects has become the key to alleviating this contradiction. In this context, the reinforcement construction of the existing tunnel at the intersection has become one of the key construction plans. This article will combine the specific project of the 15th Middle School Station to Wuchang Railway Station's open-cut section (referred to as "open-cut section") to analyze the scope design, construction process and related construction safeguard measures of the steel ring reinforcement of the existing tunnel in the section of the open-cut section.
