In recent years, with the continuous progress of the technological development of my country's water conservancy engineering industry, the preparation and management of emergency plans for reservoir and dam safety management has been enriched, and it has also made breakthroughs in the preparation of scientific, effective and operability management emergency plans . However, with regard to the preparation and management of emergency plans for the safety management of reservoirs and dams in my country, there are still more or less problems in management and technology. For example, when encountering an emergency warning event, the classification of emergency plan management is still not clear enough, emergency management and the production and operation of other hydraulic facilities are not very well coordinated, and the technical operation of the technical level of the risk assessment of reservoirs and dams is not standardized. Still exists. Based on this, this article points out the problems in reservoir dam safety management and emergency plans from the management and technical levels, and proposes solutions.
