Measurement and Analysis of Spindle Rotation Accuracy of Machining Center

Machining center is used as a precision machine tool. The machining accuracy of the machine tool depends on the operation accuracy of the spindle components, which is one of the important indexes of the spindle system characteristics and one of the main motion accuracy in machining. This paper introduces the concept of spindle rotation accuracy, the measurement method and principle of axial displacement error and radial runout error, data processing and error analysis method.
