Research on Life Cycle Cost Management Strategy of Mechanical Equipment

This paper analyzes the cost and expense elements of mechanical equipment in the stages of purchasing,putting into operation and repairing maintenance, define the work content that the life cycle participants of mechanical equipment, such as equipment purchaser, manufacturer, user and front-line workers, should carry out in each stage, and put forward scientific management strategies focusing on how to reduce the cost and expense of each link. The scientific management strategy is universal and easy to operate, which can be used for reference by current mechanical equipment users and management enterprises.
