Research on the Intelligent Environment of Home Pensions from the Perspective of Architecture

Home pension is the main old-age mode in our country. There are difficulties and problems in management, service is not in place, and resources are not suffi cient. The building environment dependent on the elderly greatly aff ects the good operation of this model. Under the background of the development of intelligent city, the building environment should meet the requirements of the times in order to provide a strong foundation for the old-age life. At the same time, the idea of "wisdom" will provide eff ective guarantee for the old-age care. This paper explores the construction of intelligent data platform from the perspective of architecture, which makes the elderly,communities and departments form a model of data opening, resource sharing and information linkage, so as to put forward a reasonable intelligent environment strategy for the model of home pension.
