  • As a bridge lifeline project, the bridge structure is to ensure the safe use of its structure is the top priority of bridge construction. Studies have shown that under the long-term effects of vehicle load and natural factors, it will cause damage to the bridge structure, reduce the overall rigidity of the structure, and even cause local or overall instability in severe cases. In order to grasp the health status of the bridge in a timely manner, it is necessary to regularly conduct safety testing and assessment of the bridge structure. As an efficient, flexible and high-precision testing technology, static load testing is currently widely used in bridge engineering testing. This article analyzes and discusses the key points of highway bridge static load test and detection technology in conjunction with specific engineering cases, with a view to providing reference for similar bridge engineering testing.
