Discussion on Construction Schedule Management of Intelligent Building Project

Key chain technology is the key technology that must be used in the construction schedule management and control of intelligent building project. With the support of this technology, the degree of refinement of the three specifi c tasks in the intelligent building project, such as process duration estimation,construction path and link determination, and schedule buffer setting, will be greatly improved, which can protect the construction progress from being aff ected from many aspects. On this basis, this paper describes the construction schedule and supervision methods of a building intelligent engineering project, for reference.
