The quality and progress of the entire project is directly determined by the quality of the civil construction site management of a construction project, therefore the management of the construction site must be increased. Based on this, this article discusses the concept of construction site management and its importance, analyzes the problems existing in construction site management, and proposes optimization measures for site management.
