Discussion on Construction Project Quality Control Based on EPC Mode

As a widely used project contracting mode in the construction industry, EPC has the advantages of project collaborative operation, but there are also problems in project construction quality management. In order to fully ensure the safety and stability of construction implementation and ensure the safe use of buildings, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the quality management of construction projects under the EPC mode, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the quality control of construction projects from multiple levels in combination with specific requirements and standards, in order to improve the existing quality control loopholes and problems, comprehensively optimize the implementation safety and construction level of construction projects, and bring protection to construction users.
