  • Benefiting from the characteristics of standardized design and large-scale production of prefabricated buildings, the application scope of prefabricated buildings in the current market is gradually expanding, and at the same time, the energy-saving and environmental protection performance and social and economic benefits of the building are greatly improved. The continuous advancement of technology has stimulated the transformation and development of the construction industry. Traditional construction techniques and technologies have exposed many drawbacks when they are applied. Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, construction companies have proposed the concept of prefabricated buildings. Meet the requirements of green development. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis of construction quality problems in prefabricated buildings, and proposes corresponding optimization measures, in order to provide references for improving the quality of prefabricated buildings.
