Design and Implementation of Small Five-axis CNC Carving and Milling Machine Tool Based on Solidworks

  • The classic design method of small five-axis CNC engraving and milling machine has long cycle and high cost. This paper first discusses the overall rapid design scheme of small five-axis CNC engraving machine, which involves the design of control system, hardware structure and main key components. Secondly, the advanced five-axis interpolation algorithm is studied and applied. Finally, the simulation design is carried out through Solidworks and other software, and the feasibility of equipment design is verified through the processing of parts.
