Project Design Management under EPC General Contracting Mode

In the current international engineering market, EPC general contracting mode is one of the more popular contract modes. In China, more and more large-scale projects adopt this contract mode, the comprehensive capability of contractors is uneven, the lack of design management ability is the main reason why EPC general contract management can not achieve the expected objectives. Based on this, this paper studies and analyzes the project design management under the EPC mode, for reference.
