Construction Technology of a Pedestrian Bridge in Xixian New Area

  • As one of the auxiliary facilities of traffic network, pedestrian bridge is of great significance to reduce traffic accidents. Based on this, this paper describes the construction technology of splicing steel plate and steel box girder in the steel structure of pedestrian bridge, summarizes the assembly and assembly process and inspection requirements in detail, and puts forward the methods to reduce welding deformation and residual stress, so as to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
