In this paper, the slitting scheme of leather slitter is studied. The practice shows that it can ensure the stability of the equipment in operation and the safety of braking. At the same time, a double roller conveying system with adjustable pressing force is designed, and the leather conveying process diagram is given. The leather deviation correction system is designed by using the movable servo motor and roller combined structure, as well as the measurement sensor. The leather material slitting prototype realizes the uniform and continuous conveying of leather in the simulation environment. Based on the principle of cutting, this paper puts forward the use of frequency conversion motor to drive the round cutter on the gas expansion shaft; the hob structure is designed with a protective cover, which not only improves the safety of the equipment, but also provides convenience for the maintenance, tool change and debris cleaning of the equipment.
