Research on Integrated Management Based on Automated Warehouse

This paper describes the current situation of the construction of automated stereoscopic warehouse in China and points out the existing problems. The integrated management theory is applied to the construction of automated stereoscopic warehouse, which provides an important basis for the integrated control of quality, cost and progress in the construction process of automated stereoscopic warehouse, and realizes the integrated management and control of cost, quality and progress.
