The intelligent welding workshop can realize the real-time monitoring of the welding machine status, the online control of the welding parameters, the mass storage of the welding data, and the comprehensive welding machine management system for the welding data statistics and analysis.Through intelligent welding workshop process management, it can effectively improve the welding quality management, implement welding process specifications, welding material usage statistics, worker production efficiency statistics, welding man-hour statistics, and information management of welding machine fault investigation, thereby achieving refined welding production management, Scientific goal, improve the overall management level of the welding workshop.
