  • The hydraulic cylinder is the key to realize the high-efficiency driving equipment operation by using the mutual transformation of the hydraulic pressure and mechanical energy of the cylinder. It has the characteristics of high productivity and high durability, and is widely used in many production departments. However, the current structural design of the hydraulic cylinder has defects, mainly reflected in that the hydraulic pressure will cause the piston rod head of the cylinder to collide with the bottom and top of the cylinder to a certain extent, thus affecting the production process and causing some wear on the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the design and research of the hydraulic cylinder buffer device is an extremely important link to improve production efficiency. This paper summarizes and compares the types of hydraulic cylinder buffer devices, discusses and analyzes the new development direction of hydraulic cylinder buffer devices in the future.
