Abstract

Abstract

With the development of the times, economic construction is advancing by leaps and bounds, which has led to the rapid rise of the construction industry and increased the number of construction projects. Under this trend, construction management of construction projects has become a key focus of industry personnel. Construction management of a building project is a work with a large number of participants, a slow construction period, and a huge investment. The construction process will be affected by many environmental, technological, and management aspects, which also reflects the importance of construction management of the building project. Based on this, this article conducts an in-depth discussion and analysis on the application of BIM technology in construction management of construction projects, combined with the actual situation, and elaborates the relevant advantages and characteristics of the application.
