Mechanical and electrical installation engineering needs to use a variety of types and specifications of materials and equipment, and its internal materials and parts are constantly updated, resulting in cost control and cost management is difficult. Based on this, this paper puts forward some cost management and cost control countermeasures of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
